Here’s the gist of the video…

It’s Brandon Lewis. I’m out here camping at Lake Conasauga. One of the first things I do when I first get to the camping spot is I go out on a wood run because frankly, when you’re at Georgia’s highest lake, it gets very cold. It’s getting cold earlier up here because fall is here, which means winter is not far behind.

Let me ask you a question. Are you prepared for winter in your painting business? Winter is terrible because it impacts your income. You immediately have to tell your spouse, your kids, your grandkids that you can’t do the things that you do in the summer. Your savings gets cannibalized, which means you’ve worked hard all year, yet you have very little to show for it.

Finally, you’ve hired all these wonderful painters and these staff people and now you’re having to decide between your personal income and letting them go to your competitors, losing that talent that took so long to build.
