Keeping painters busy during the winter can be tough. So can keeping cash in the bank and maintaining your personal income as an owner. Winter presents all kinds of problems for house painters and commercial painters alike.
But winter can be DEFEATED if you employ the strategies and tactics
that have been proven effective in even the coldest Canadian and U.S. climates…
In the video above, I explain exactly how painting contractors can have the best winter painting season ever!

It’s Brandon Lewis. I’m out here camping at Lake Conasauga. One of the first things I do when I first get to the camping spot is I go out on a wood run because frankly, when you’re at Georgia’s highest lake, it gets very cold. It’s getting cold earlier up here because fall is here, which means winter is not far behind.
Let me ask you a question. Are you prepared for winter in your painting business? Winter is terrible because it impacts your income. You immediately have to tell your spouse, your kids, your grandkids that you can’t do the things that you do in the summer. Your savings gets cannibalized, which means you’ve worked hard all year, yet you have very little to show for it.
Finally, you’ve hired all these wonderful painters and these staff people and now you’re having to decide between your personal income and letting them go to your competitors, losing that talent that took so long to build.
You don’t have to do that. If you’d like, you can get on the phone with me to do a winter marketing assessment call during our fall open enrollment period where we are finally taking new APPC members. We’re only taking a limited number and we have a deadline for open enrollment.
If you want to make certain that you can make the most money possible this winter and if you finally want to turbo charge your painting business during a period of our season when you actually have time to focus on developing the sales marketing and business systems that can free you from the hamster wheel of doom and protect you from the frigid winter, I suggest you do what I do. Go on a wood run.
Prepare yourself first thing so you make sure that you can keep warm and profitable all winter.
