In this third part of our audio series about maximizing profits in the New Year, we are going to discuss the “details” that make all this possible. Specifically, we are going to talk about the metrics and measurements that indicate if your painting company is healthy or not.

We are going to discuss what I call “inputs” and what I call “outputs.” These will be the drivers for marketing success in your painting company.

Plus, we’ll discuss why most painters don’t really know their numbers, and those that do are inclined to focus on the wrong measurements in their business.
